Submission formats

Option 1 – Submit a full paper (Google Submission Form for Full Paper)
The length of a full paper is between 5 to 8 pages (maximum 8 pages, including the abstract, main text, references, tables, and figures). The manuscript should be prepared in 12-point font size with 1.5 line spacing, following the formatting instructions in the Guide for Authors of the Asia Pacific Management Review (APMR).

Option 2- Submit an extended abstract (Google Submission Form for Extended Abstract)
The length of a long abstract is typically between 800 to 1,000 words.

**Please note that a full paper or an extended abstract should be submitted by January 16th, 2026**

**Please ensure that all author names and affiliations are removed from the manuscript to maintain anonymity during the review process. Author information should be correctly provided in the Google submission form. All submissions will be reviewed after the submission deadline.**

**The conference proceedings will be published in electronic format and may include a combination of peer-reviewed abstracts and full papers, depending on the type of submission by the authors. Authors who choose to submit full papers should note that papers included in the proceedings may be considered formally published and may therefore not be eligible for submission to other journals.**

Payment & Registration

 

Early Bird registration fee                           42,000 JPY

General registration fee                              49,500 JPY

Student registration fee                             19,500 JPY

Doctoral Seminar fee                                  6,000 JPY

 

Registration Fee and Payment

All conference registration fees must be paid via Payvent, the official online payment platform for this conference.

Payvent is a secure payment service widely used for international academic conferences and events. Depending on the user's location and system settings, Payvent supports the following payment methods: Major credit cards (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express) Debit cards Local bank transfer options, available in certain countries Other region-specific electronic payment methods provided through Payvent.

The availability of specific payment methods may vary by country and payment provider. After completing the payment, participants will receive an official payment record or receipt through the Payvent system.

Please refer to the Payvent link below and complete the registration fee payment after receiving your acceptance notification.
