Access to the Main Conference Venue (May 23–24)
The main conference venue on May 23–24 will be held at:
- Lecture Hall 1, Faculty of Business Administration (N3-5) (Google Maps)
- Yokohama National University (PDF)
Please note that the registration venue for the main conference is different from the Doctoral Seminar venue.
Important Note Regarding Weekend Transportation
Since the main conference will be held on Saturday and Sunday, buses do not enter the YNU campus on weekends.
We therefore recommend one of the following options:
Option 1: Bus + Walk (Recommended)
From Yokohama Station West Exit Bus Terminal, please take a bus that stops at:
- Okazawacho (岡沢町)
Confirmed options include:
From Platform 14:
- Yokohama Municipal Bus No. 201
- Yokohama Municipal Bus No. 329 (Express)
From Platform 10:
- Sotetsu Bus Ham10
- Sotetsu Bus Ham5
From Platform 13:

After getting off at Okazawacho, it is approximately a 7–10 minute walk to the conference venue.
After entering the YNU campus from the main gate, please follow signs toward:
- Lecture Hall 1 (N3-5)
Option 2: Subway + Walk
Take the Yokohama Municipal Subway Blue Line to:
- Mitsuzawa-Kamicho Station (三ッ沢上町駅)
From the station, it is approximately a 15–20 minute walk to the venue.
Please note that the route includes uphill sections.
Option 3: Taxi
A taxi ride from Yokohama Station takes approximately 15–20 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
Please tell the driver:
“Yokohama National University, near Kokudai-Chuo (国大中央) bus stop”
Additional Note for International Participants
Yokohama Station is very large and can be confusing for first-time visitors. Please follow signs for:
- West Exit
- Bus Terminal
- Platform 10, 13, or 14
**If taking the bus, please remember that buses do not enter the YNU campus on weekends, so you must get off at Okazawacho (岡沢町)**
